KINAC NEWS
Korea Institute Of Nuclear Nonproliferation And Control completed implementation of measures to eradicate “Gapjil”.
KINAC implemented 100% of the "2021 Anti-“Gapjil” (power abuse or bossing around) measures implementation plan" established earlier this year. The goals of “KINAC without power abuse” are to build an organizational culture based on consideration and respect, and to improve internal and external reliability. In particular, this year, various tasks have been carried out, such as △ conducting a survey on “gapjil” internally, △ expanding channels for damage reporting and support, △ human rights and “gapjil” eradication education, in order to establish an atmosphere to exterminate power abuse.
“We will make efforts not only to create an atmosphere to get rid of “gapjil” through preemptive and active measures so that the public can feel it, but also to form a culture of mutual respect for stakeholders.customer. We will establish ourselves as a leading organization that eradicates power abuse” said Moon-Seong Koh, head of the management planning department of KINAC.
On the other hand, since the Declaration of Human Rights Management Declaration in 2019, KINAC has been promoting continuous efforts to get rid of “gapjil” in various forms, including internal and external surveys, grievance counseling, and communication box installation. Through these efforts, an internal survey has found that the possibility of individual power abuse is “low” (lower than 25%) for two consecutive years.
